Bob Cawthon
Founder & Overseer
Bob was given the original vision. As the face of Bob’s Bags, he oversees donor relations, and plans monthly events. Bob promotes Bob’s Bags to the community. Bob instills passion and a sense of excellence.
Jim Lackey
At the monthly gathering to fill and assemble bags, Jim has us fill bags with production-line organization. Jim and Bob Cawthon go out the day before our monthly delivery of bags to locate the homeless camps, to make our Sundays going out on the streets their most productive. He oversees clothing distribution.
Community Outreach & Treasurer
Gayle Staggs
Operations & Logistics Director
Gayle works to recruit volunteers to fill the bags and distribute them. With a passion to help homeless women, she coordinates the distribution of backpacks with ladies’ products. Gayle, a past church treasurer, oversees the non-profit’s financial operations, keeping in compliance as a 501(c)(3) public charity.
Pastoral Care & Organizational Development
Bob Williaford
Bob has biblical counseling training, and so loves the prayer with and caring for the spiritual well-being of our friends on the street, our team, and donors. He chairs the board meetings, and instills best practices.
